Our state-of-the-art equipment and technology can provide rapid diagnosis on conditions affecting a full range of exotic pet species.
We utilize an in-house laboratory, specialized outside laboratories, digital imaging, ultrasound, endoscopy, species-specific hospital cages, micro-fluid delivery systems, nebulization and oxygen delivery systems, a specialized exotic pet pharmacy and customized surgical equipment.
Our veterinarians are experienced in exotic pet medicine and have received extensive post-university training.
Video Endoscopy and Ultrasonography
Video endoscopy is used for diagnosis of many exotic pet conditions. This technology enables precise diagnostic tissue and lesion sampling with minimal invasiveness.
Ultrasonography is helpful in diagnosing ferret adrenal gland disease, cystic ovaries in guinea pigs and egg binding in birds. It provides a less invasive method for observing the bladder, kidney stones stones, liver disease and heart problems.
